The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Application (or "App") refers to Vidifier, the iOS mobile application available on the Apple App Store.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Vidifier.

  • Country refers to: California, United States

  • Device means any iOS device that can access the Application, such as an iPhone or iPad.

  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Service refers to the Application.

  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Application or from the Application infrastructure itself.

  • Website refers to Vidifier's website, accessible from https://vidifier.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Application, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Application, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Types of Data Collected

Photos and Images

Vidifier is an AI-powered video generation app. When You use the App to create videos from images:

  • We process the photos and images You select to generate AI-powered videos
  • Your photos are processed securely and are NOT stored on our servers after processing is complete
  • We do not use Your photos for any purpose other than generating Your requested videos
  • We do not share Your photos with third parties
  • Your original photos remain on Your device and are never modified by the App

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Application.

When You use the Application on Your iOS device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:

  • The type of iOS device You use
  • Your iOS device unique ID
  • Your iOS version
  • App usage patterns and feature interactions
  • Crash reports and diagnostic data to improve app performance
  • The time and date of Your app usage

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Application: Including processing Your images to generate AI-powered videos and to monitor the usage of our App.
  • To improve our AI models: We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our video generation algorithms and app performance. Your individual photos are never used for this purpose.
  • To contact You: To contact You via push notifications, email, or other forms of electronic communication regarding app updates, new features, security updates, or support requests.
  • To provide customer support: To respond to Your inquiries and support requests related to the App.
  • For app analytics: To analyze usage patterns, identify bugs, determine feature effectiveness, and improve the overall app experience.
  • To process payments: If You make in-app purchases, payment processing is handled securely through Apple's App Store. We do not store Your payment information.
  • For other purposes: Such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and evaluating and improving our Application, features, and Your experience.

With Service Providers:

We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact You.

The security of Your Personal Data and Your photos is extremely important to Us. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Your information:

  • All data transmission is encrypted using secure protocols
  • Your photos are processed securely and deleted from our servers immediately after video generation
  • We do not store Your photos or videos on our servers long-term
  • Access to user data is strictly limited and monitored

However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Third-Party Services

Vidifier is available on the Apple App Store and uses Apple's services for distribution and payment processing. Your use of the App Store is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

The Application may contain links to our website (vidifier.com) or other third-party websites. If You click on a third-party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Our Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with personal data, please contact Us so that We can take necessary action.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by:
